Individual Coaching

Health and wellness coaching is a researched-based process that supports and empowers people to make desirable, health-generating change. Coaching is about you as a whole person: your strengths and values, your personal exploration and chosen direction(s). You can expect a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Through the coaching process you will better understand barriers and identify key tools to help you move closer to your goals and positive behavior changes. Free Session

Let’s chat! The best way to learn if Health and Wellness Coaching is right for you is to contact me. In this first free 30 minute session, we will discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have.

Discovery

Your first session lasts 90 minutes. During this session, we will craft a coaching agreement that is specific to you. This includes exploring your Wellness Wheel and strengths, as well as exploring accountability and coaching preferences.

Grow

Ongoing weekly or bi-weekly sessions last 50 minutes. In these sessions, you bring an agenda or topic related to your overarching goal. You grow awareness around strategies, obstacles, and achievements. Mindfulness meditation and a nature/garden component is optional.

Celebrate

We will celebrate your successes and discuss next steps that can facilitate lasting change.

Everyone is different and so the number of sessions needed to achieve your goal may vary. Ongoing packages are available.
